Sex and the Urban center 2 is a 2010 American romantic one-act picture show written, co-produced, and directed by Michael Patrick King.[5] It is the sequel to the 2008 film Sex activity and the Urban center,[six] based on the 1998–2004 television series. Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon reprised their roles equally friends Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda, while Chris Noth co-stars every bit Carrie's hubby Mr. Big. Development [edit]

Afterward months of speculation, the cast confirmed in February 2009 that a sequel was in the works. Filming began in August 2009.

The sequel is noticeably unlike from its predecessor, and includes more than exotic locales than the original. Rex credits this to the experience he had promoting the original moving-picture show in such locales. Sex and the Urban center 2: Original Movement Picture Soundtrack was released on May 25, 2010, by WaterTower Music.

Cancelled sequel and follow-upwardly television receiver series [edit]

In December 2016, Radar Online reported that a script for the 3rd film had been approved.[63] However, on September 28, 2017, Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed that the 3rd film was not going to happen. She said, "We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story.
