Another App Is Currently Holding The Xtables Lock. Perhaps You Want To Use The -w Option?

Hi! So I've been tasked to upgrade our cisco prime infrastructure from version 3.2 to 3.9. As you cannot upgrade pro 3.4 to 3.9 on the same machine because of security risks, I've had to put up a new unit with 3.9, while upgrading my 3.2 version to 3.7, which I then take a backup of and restore in the new 3.9 unit.

Now here is my problem:

The restore has worked fine in most regards, the units are added, and we could add the virtual WLC needed for the new batch of AP's we're getting this summer. The problem is that im getting collection failure on all units, meaning i do not get any information about the network health (which is what we mostly use prime for) nor any updates about how the units are fairing. We forgot to add the prime 3.9 IP to the access-lists of the switches, no biggie. I try to push out a job from the 3.7 version of prime to be able to add the new IP to the switches - it gets stuck in scheduled. No way to force it through. Tried schedueling it minutes or hours before, tried setting it to start immediately - nothing worked.

Figured "Hey, I can just manually add the IP on the switches, takes a bit of time but should be fine." Tried adding the IP on a few switches in the Prime database - no collection. Check identity credential profiles - both our SNMP and DISCOVERY profiles has followed through the restore. Try to edit them - huh, weird. The profiles went through the restore but the credentials in them are gone. Ok, not that big of a problem. I can just add a user that has access to the switches in these profiles right and then it should collect? Wrong.

Whenever I try to edit the profiles, the profile name is a required field to edit. It is blocked by a big fat stop sign no matter which user im logged in as, be it root or admin or super admin. Has anyone been through this before? What would be my next step? Create brand new collection profiles and remap the 3.9 unit? I'm fairly new in my network role and even though we have a deal with consultants they seem to just bark more than they bite. I feel like I just waste money and time using them, since they mostly just google the problems I come across (I know how to do that as well believe it or not mr consultant).

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit1: I've tried adding a new cred profile, when I manually select that one for one of our network devices, we get the error I included as a picture

I've set up a dummy prime 3.9 for test purpose, on this one im able to upload the profiles in full from 3.7. On the active prime im unable to bulk import the profile we get the second error.

Anyone got a clue on what to try next? Im running out of ideas
